An Angel Blesses RICJ Youth

Updated: Dec 5, 2019

RICJ is so grateful to the Tufts Health Plan Foundation for a generous ANGEL AWARD...

It's a challenge grant to help sustain our Project RESPECT leadership camp. Our summer camp is a life-changing experience for youth. Yet the camp is RICJ's biggest single expense, and a cost most families we serve cannot pay.

The grant will help establish a Youth Camp Endowment. Your first $5,000 in gifts to the fund is matched by the Angel Grant - doubling your dollars! Our first official fundraising day for the new endowment, Dec 3 #GivingTuesday, raised $800 which is being doubled.

We will grow this new fund until each year it pays for every low income youth we serve to attend camp. The Angel Award also will support a campaign to help raise the endowment. And so we may build this new fund while continuing to hold camp, the Angel Grant also covers the cost of youths' lodging and food for the 2020 Project RESPECT.

We ask your help to build this new fund. Help ensure Project RESPECT youth leadership camp will forever be available for youth. Thank you!
